ISDN-SIP InterWorking Functions

Netbricks ISDN-SIP interworking stack called ISDN-SIP-IWF-Bricks implements the signaling conversion between ISDN and SIP and drives the MGCP/MEGACO protocol in order to activate the Media Gateway (MG) functions.

The key features include:

• Worlwide signaling availibility (25+ variants) with ISDN-Bricks.
• A widely interoperable SIP-Bricks stack.
• A distributed architecture (SG / MG) thanks to the use of MGCP or Megaco protocol.
• Seamless support for SIGTRAN-Bricks (IUA) if necessary, to backhaul ISDN signaling over IP
